Return/Refund/Cancel/Damage Policy
The pledge we made when we first started over 20 years ago still stands: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to return it, exchange it, or credit it.
In the event there is an issue with your order such as any damage to your package and the contents during transit, TrophyPartner.com will replace them or the damaged parts, absolutely free. In the event that you receive your order incomplete, please notify us. All requests for damaged items, incomplete orders, or returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
Orders are processed immediately. If an order or any portion of an order is canceled or returned for any reason after it has been placed or sent, a 25% restocking fee, $6.99 per name plate, production time charges, material charges, artwork charges, proofing charges, and applicable shipping charges will apply ($7.50 minimum charge).
Refunds only apply to trophies that are returned in their original condition and can be resold. Items that are engraved directly into the surface are not refundable. Products relating to COVID-19 like protective shield guards are not returnable. Personalized name plates are also not refundable and will be charged at the prevailing rates for name plates based on current pricing for item #NP100 (typically $6.99 or less based on quantity). Items returned that are damaged and shipping charges are also not refundable.
To arrange for a return please email your request to us at info@trophypartner.com. Please include your original order number and description. Upon receipt of your request, you will be contacted by email with return instructions.
Order Changes
Orders are processed immediately so once an order is placed on our website, we cannot cancel or change it without a 25% cancellation and administrative fee (minimum $7.50 charge) and sometimes not all if the order has already been sent to production. Please be sure to check your order completely before submitting it and purchasing it to insure the proper item(s), quantity, personalization instructions, shipping method, etc. All text that you enter can be easily viewed by clicking the "view/edit personalization" link in the shopping cart. Corrections can be made prior to processing an order.
We do not spell check text. Our state-of-the-art graphics system uploads your data directly into our graphics system where it is then placed on your trophy. This ensures that what you type in is exactly what you receive.
All requests to change an order must be received in writing so please email the information to us and we will respond with the appropriate action. Please do not call to process an order change or cancellation and please do not leave order changes on our voice-mail system.
