The Biscay Goal-Setter is a magnificent domed tower accompanied by stackable rounded blocks that commemorate the goals your recipient has reached. The award and the blocks are made of optical crystal and can be customized with a message and goals of your choice.  You purchase the clear crystal award initially and add color blocks for quarters or years of sales excellence.  Each award comes with one block in your choice of color. Additional blocks can be purchased to make this a perpetual award for years to come.

Each Biscay Goal-Setter Award is made of optical crystal with your choice of green, blue, black, clear, or gold color blocks. Award will hold up to 8 blocks.
