Arch Goal-Setter Crystal Awards are ideal as a recognition award.  You purchase the clear crystal award initially and add color blocks to symbolize milestone accomplishments on the way to a greater goal.  Each award comes with one block in your choice of color. Additional blocks can be purchased to make this a perpetual award for years to come.

Each Arch Goal-Setter Award is made of optical crystal with your choice of green, blue, black, clear, or gold color blocks. Award will hold up to 4 blocks.
