Alameda Goal-Setter Crystal Awards are ideal as an employee leadership award.  You purchase the clear crystal award initially and add color blocks for quarters or years of leadership.  Each award comes with one block in your choice of color. Additional blocks can be purchased to make this a perpetual award for years to come.

Each Alameda Goal-Setter Award is made of optical crystal with your choice of green, blue, black, clear, or gold color blocks. Award will hold up to 6 blocks.
